This website is a kind of Trojan horse, an online presence designed to guide you offline and back into connection with your felt-sense experience of being alive.

My name is Chris, and my work is rooted in simplicity: helping people reconnect with their bodies, find their center, and return to a healthier, more balanced way of living.

I came to Qigong because my life wasn’t in a healthy place. I was stressed, disconnected, and caught in habits that were pulling me away from who I really was. Qigong gave me a way to slow down, to breathe again, and to shift my energy in a way that allowed my old patterns to naturally fall away.

One of the reasons I fell in love with Qigong is because it gave me the benefits of meditation without the struggle. I always found seated meditation difficult to maintain, but something about movement combined with mindful awareness made the practice not only doable, but deeply enjoyable.

As I continued practicing, more began to change. My mind became clearer. My energy steadier. Qigong opened every aspect of my being — heart, mind, body, and spirit — and helped me become more present, more accountable, and more aligned with the person I sensed within me but didn’t yet know how to reach.

I teach from a place that’s deeply grounded yet open hearted - a balance of structure and flow.

If we work together, you’ll begin to feel more centered and alive in your body, clearer in your mind, and more open in your heart. From that alignment, life will meet you accordingly, opening the door to more connection, ease, and possibility.

Course Offerings

The courses I offer are approachable, relaxing and deeply comprehensive - supporting real change through consistent practice and presence. Along the way you will learn a clear structure for getting the most out of your Qigong practice - one you can carry with you and return to the rest of your life.

Offerings range from a foundational three class introductory series (with supplemental video support) to six class courses that deepen specific qualities such as grounding, creativity and flow, nervous system support, and balance.

Courses are taught privately to semi-privately and unfold at a steady pace, allowing the work to integrate naturally into daily life.


The Practice

Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is a living, evolving practice of cultivating and balancing life energy through gentle movement, steady breathing, and mindful awareness. Many people describe it as “meditation in motion,” because it brings the clarity and calm of meditation into simple, flowing movement.

At its core, Qigong is about reconnecting with yourself — your breath, your body, and the natural rhythm of your energy.

It is, in essence, a return to balance.

Qi is the natural life-force that animates the body and supports every aspect of well-being. I experience qi as the quiet intelligence that moves through the body and supports our physical, mental, and emotional health. The more we practice, the easier it becomes to feel this energy directly. Our sense of separation softens, and we begin to experience ourselves with more openness and clarity.
